Learn To Massage
Our massage courses in Airlie Beach near the Whitsundays are unlike any other massage courses in Australia. We teach Raynor Massage, a holistic massage, that focuses on getting rid of tension in the whole body. You will learn how to massage not only the major muscles of the body but also smaller areas where tension develops, which often get neglected in other styles of massage. Although the courses are short, they are intensive so come ready to learn and eager to massage.
Our next courses in Queensland will be our 3 day Professional Raynor Massage Course and our 7 day Combined Certificates Course in Gympie from May 9 to 15, 2022. Please contact us for more details of these courses. Please take our free preview of our online course here at www.raynoronlinecollege.com. Learn Unique Techniques
Our massage training courses are short and condensed into our Online Course plus our 3 day certificate or 7 day combined Certificates Course. Each day you will learn a new set of practical massage therapy techniques that is built upon the previous day. By the end of the course you will be able to adequately diagnosis tension in a client and learn how to loosen knots in muscles and provide more mobility in joints as well as perform face/head massage, reflexology and learn how to properly blend essential oils.
This deep tissue style hand massage is a classic example of how to get rid of long term tension that has built up in an athlete from New Zealand from throwing a javelin. One of the fundamental principles of Raynor Massage is that the extremities should be massaged first while gradually working towards the heart.
Muscle tension and joint stiffness in a foot will contribute to tension. Further to this, improper posture will then develop further up the leg and the the rest of the body. For example, many people can relate to how high heels or steel toe boots can create tightness in the feet which will eventually lead to calf, knee or lower back aches if left untreated. If you were to only massage the legs and the back, the feet would still have tension causing someone to over-compensate while walking.
