The BRSNT approach to Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine teaches students how to assist their clients, family and friends in the art of balancing the mind, body and soul. Students enrolled in this course will learn about energy patterns that are uniquely expressed in the mind and body and how to restore themselves to a vibrant state. In addition, you will learn traditional Ayurvedic and Chinese medical diagnosis and treatment through a holistic approach to the human body and by understanding subtle imbalances. In addition, we will teach you different traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic lifestyle modifications to achieve and maintain optimal health with our body, mind and the environment in which we live.
